The Portage County Law Library Resources Board is
implementing a new Library Use Policy. Beginning August
1, 2020, any material(s) not returned within 14 business
days after check-out, will be assessed a late fee of
$0.50 per business day until returned. You may renew the
book(s) one time, for up to an additional 14 days, by
contacting the Law Librarian at 330-297-3661 or
portagecountylawlibrary@portageco.com. Any Patrons that
have
not returned material(s) in excess of one year will have
their library privileges suspended until replacement
costs are paid to the Law Library.
